Driven by the automotive industry, we have developed internal quality processes according to which we continuously check and improve all our development and production processes.
To ensure that all our products meet the highest quality standards, they undergo detailed quality and control processes: from manufacturability analysis to failure mode and effects analysis (FMEA), from production control plan (CP) and advance quality planning (APQP) to optical and tactile measurement and initial sampling (PPAP) according to all methods commonly used in the automotive industry.
But testing is only one part of our quality process. To optimize our service also within our processes, we rely on continuous improvement (CIP) and increase of efficiency by means of common methods.
