The radiator louver in the Passat series, directs the air entering from the outside to the radiator and can be opened or closed by means of flaps. The fins of the radiator shutter are manufactured by means of internal gas pressure, whereby the gas inlet and mass outlet are not visible on the component. This component is manufactured using a 3 + 1 cavity mold.
