Project Manager (m/f/d)

Bolzano - (Full-time)

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Overseeing technical projects from order placement to approval for mass production
  • Serving as the primary contact for customers and suppliers within the project
  • Coordinating project team members
  • Applying internal processes to achieve project quality, economic, and scheduling goals
  • Documenting all project work steps
  • Monitoring costs and schedules

 

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Completion of a technical high school or equivalent education
  • Professional experience in project management
  • Management, organizational, and communication skills
  • Negotiation skills and assertiveness
  • High level of initiative and flexibility
  • Proficiency with MS Office programs
  • Basic knowledge of CAD programs
  • Willingness to travel (driver’s license B)
  • Knowledge in plastic injection molding or mold making is an advantage
  • Very good language skills in Italian and German, English skills are a plus

Project Manager Automation (m/f/d)

Bolzano - (Full-time)

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Overseeing the technical development from order placement to series release
  • Direct point of contact for internal project managers and suppliers
  • Coordination of external suppliers
  • Applying internal processes to achieve qualitative, economic, and procedural goals in the development of new systems
  • Documenting all work steps
  • Planning the maintenance and servicing of internal systems
  • Supporting the production department

 

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Graduation from a technical secondary school or comparable education
  • Professional experience in the field of automation
  • Organizational and communication skills
  • Negotiation skills and assertiveness
  • High level of initiative and flexibility
  • Proficient in MS Office programs
  • Basic knowledge of CAD programs
  • Willingness to travel (driver’s license B)
  • Knowledge of plastic injection molding is an advantage

Technician for Production Support (m/f/d)

Bolzano - (Full-time)

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Supporting plastic injection molding on injection molding presses
  • Assembly support on automatic and semi-automatic systems
  • Conducting trials with tools to enable the transition to serial production
  • Internal maintenance of injection molding machines and equipment
  • Tool setup and documentation of interventions carried out

 

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Completed technical education
  • Professional experience (preferably in the field of plastic injection molding)
  • Basic knowledge of the German and Italian languages, both written and spoken, even in only one of the two languages
  • Ability to work independently and accurately
  • Communication skills, teamwork, and stress resistance
  • Good skills in work planning

Measurement Technician (m/f/d)

Bolzano - (Full-time / Part-time)

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Programming and operation of Zeiss 3D coordinate measuring machines and optical measuring devices, including documentation creation
  • Measuring of sales, in-house production, and purchased parts
  • Monitoring of measuring instruments, test masters, gauges, requalifications
  • Consulting in the planning of gauges, measurement setups, measurements
  • Planning workflow, such as: measurement sequence, selection of test method, setup/adjustment of measuring and test equipment
  • Coordination of measurements internally and externally (customers, suppliers)
  • Consulting with specialized departments/new projects/drawing annotations
  • Regular collaboration with other specialized departments
  • Statistical evaluations and documentation

 

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Technical degree and/or an economic degree with a technical focus
  • Professional experience and proven knowledge in metrology (preferably in the automotive sector)
  • Good knowledge of new/current GPS standards
  • Precise, systematic, independent, and results-oriented working style
  • Strong organizational skills and responsible behavior
  • Initiative, ability to work in a team, and willingness to travel (driver’s license)
  • Curiosity and willingness for professional development
  • Excellent knowledge of German and Italian, and negotiation skills in English
  • Knowledge of MS Office

What do I need to bring to work at Tratter?

What really matters are your skills and your passion for your daily work. Academic degrees are secondary – what is more important to us is what you are willing to learn, what you already excel at, what goals you pursue, who you are as a person, and where your strengths and interests lie.

What is the onboarding process like?

At the beginning, your contact person will accompany you through the daily routines and introduce you to your team and your workspace. After that, a thorough onboarding process will take place, during which all necessary tools and different departments will be presented to you. Your workspace will be fully equipped and equipped with state-of-the-art technology from the very beginning.

Does the company implement employee ideas and suggestions?

To enhance work-life balance, we welcome suggestions. If there is a majority consensus, these will be discussed in our weekly team meeting and, if feasible, implemented. You can simply approach your supervisor or contact our CEO directly to contribute your ideas.
