We design and build all types of tools for production of plastic components.
Since 1998 we have been producing all types of molds, no matter what kind of processing and materials are involved. Our experience in both tooling and injection molding is the basis for the development and production of complex automotive products and series development: with support of our partners, this allows us to deliver entire packages of series molds, even the most complex ones.
We industrially produce components in high and low volumes and also supply all necessary certificates.
In production, a whole range of both automated and manually operated equipment is available that can be used depending on respective customer requirements. However, it goes without saying that all our products leave the factory validated and certified.

The requirements to produce aesthetic and decorative surfaces in automobiles are high. The development of necessary individual and economical manufacturing solutions is one of Tratter’s core competencies. Driven by the automotive industry, we have developed internal quality processes according to which we continuously check and improve all our development and production processes.
To ensure that all our products meet the highest quality standards, they undergo detailed quality and control processes: from manufacturability analysis to failure mode and effects analysis (FMEA), from production control plan (CP) and advance quality planning (APQP) to optical and tactile measurement and initial sampling (PPAP) according to all methods commonly used in the automotive industry.
But testing is only one part of our quality process. To optimize our service also within our processes, we rely on continuous improvement (CIP) and increase of efficiency by means of common methods.
