2022

Tratter develops and manufactures the first “smart” product.

Tratter develops its first electronic components.

 

Tratter Rankweil becomes a “key supplier” for Rolls Royce.

2019

The first automated pipette tip filling machine first machine is developed together with the partner company Hektros.

 

Tratter expertise is now also used in the leisure industry. For example, the first bicycle helmet with HexGo honeycomb structure.

2018

The production facility in Bolzano is connected to a production control centre.

 

The injection mould for the radiator louvre of the VW “Passat” – manufactured for the first time using the internal gas pressure process – is delivered.

The facility in Bolzano is awarded as the best employer in South Tyrol in its category.

 

Tratter participates in the company Hektros and develops applications for laboratory use.

2016

Tratter transfers to its new headquarters in Bolzano South.

 

The check valves for the worldwide demand of VW engines are produced in Bolzano.

2015

The first “instrument panels” and “door panels” for McLaren are delivered.

 

Tratter Rankweil becomes first tier supplier for Rolls Royce.

 

The production and logistics facility in Wroclaw officially opens.

2014

Tratter gets the deal for the “latching unit” component – a major order that triggers the construction of the new company headquarters.

 

Various tools for the centre console of the Bentley “Bentayga” are manufactured.

2013

A special tool concept for the production of Audi air deflectors is born.

 

The entrance panel for the Bmw “5 Series” is developed and manufactured.

2012

With the takeover of the company “Tekuna”, the facility in Bolzano also becomes a manufacturer for plastics technology.

 

The mould for the windscreen of the Lamborghini “Aventador Roadster” is developed.

Tratter develops and manufactures an audio guide for museums.

 

The series tool for the wind deflector of the Mini “Roadster” is developed and manufactured.

A variety of tools for the centre console for the Audi “A3” are developed.

2009

In order to ensure a better connection to the customer, Tratter Rankweil was founded in the “crisis year”.

2008

Tratter develops and manufactures various components for Rolls Royce, including a rear channel part for the “Phantom”.

2007

Tratter develops and manufactures a tool for the ink tank of various printing machines for the Brixen-based company Durst.

 

With the implementation of the tandem moulds for the carrier parts VW “Golf”, Tratter rises to the top league of toolmakers.

2006

The first tool deliveries overseas were executed successfully.

 

Tratter develops and manufactures a piggy bank for the World Savings Day.

The first press-laminated components, including the side trim of the luggage compartment for the Rolls Royce “Phantom”, are delivered.

 

Tratter is chosen for the cover of the BMW “X5”.

2004

Tratter Engineering is certified ISO 9001:2000.

 

Various tools for the complex VW “Passat” project are delivered.

Tratter develops the tool concept for the glove box of the Audi “A6”.

2002

Various components for the Mitsubishi “Colt” and the sister model Smart “For Four” are manufactured.

2001

The exchange cash register is developed together with Helukar and delivered to various supermarkets, post offices and bank branches.

 

Rolls Royce becomes a Tratter customer.

2000

Tratter Gerhard registers his first patent for the “Snodo Cleanstation”.

 

Tratter develops the car awning together with Helukar and exhibits it at the IAA.
