In times of climate change, sustainability is a responsibility for medium-sized companies. At Tratter Engineering, we feel obligated both by legal requirements and our own environmental guidelines. Our goal is an organic transformation, which particularly at the Bolzano site, drives a significant reduction in CO2 emissions.
Defining areas of action
Along the entire value chain, we have identified various social and ecological issues relevant to our business activities.
Materiality assessment
In the next step, the previously identified issues were subjected to a quantitative assessment by the respective responsible parties regarding their impact on the environment, society, and the economy.
Prioritization
Based on the information gathered, the individual sustainability issues were correlated and weighted according to their identified impact on the environment, society, and the economy, as well as their significance for Tratter Engineering.
Validation
Each year, at Tratter Engineering, we review whether the identified issues and priorities align with the current sustainability challenges. This ensures that our sustainability goals are always up-to-date and effective.
Sustainability report
With our report, we aim to provide a transparent insight into the diverse aspects of our company. From our achievements and innovations to our strong commitment to sustainability and environmental protection, as well as our responsibility towards employees and stakeholders – we are continuously dedicated to maintaining excellent standards.
